Couple Therapy sessions aim at providing a profoundly relaxing and divine experience, to be lived as a couple. They are an invitation to flow into a restorative session, to nurture mind, body and spirit.

A beautiful opportunity for connection or reconnection, renewal and manifestation, as a couple, honouring the relationship. An opportunity to soften, restore, balance and deepen your bond…

The session usually starts with a heart led conversation, in order to have an understanding of the intention you are holding as a couple, for this visit. Each of you will be invited to pick an Oracle card if you feel drawn to it… From there we will drop into a heart to heart guided meditation…

We then go into a 1hr Therapy session, which includes, depending on your preference:

• Sound Therapy

• Reiki Therapy *

• Sound & Reiki *

During this time you are invite to fully relax and enjoy the effects of the sacred medicines, vibrations and energy healing.

At the end of the session there will be an invitation to a short sharing during which you can share insights and any messages that came to you during the session.

Some delicious organic herbal tea is offered at the end of the session.
