Couple Therapy sessions offer a beautiful opportunity for nourishment, connection or reconnection, renewal and manifestation, as a couple…

The session usually starts with a discussion, for me to understand the intention you are holding as a couple, for this visit. I will invite each of you to pick an Oracle card if you feel drawn to it… And we will drop into a heart to heart guided meditation…

We then go into a 1hr Sound Therapy or Reiki Healing Session, or a combination of both, where you are invited to relax and enjoy the effects of various medicine vibrations and energy healing.

At the end of the session I will invite you to a short discussion during which you can share insights and any messages that came to you during the session.

Some delicious herbal tea is offered at the end of the session.
