One-to-one sessions offer a beautiful opportunity for deep healing and nourishment.
They include a discussion at the start, for me to understand the intention held for the session as well as an invitation to pick an Oracle Card, as an opportunity to receive universal guidance…
We then go into a 1hr Therapy Session where I use either Sound or Reiki, or a combination of both, guided by your preference and by my intuition - this is a time for relaxation and enjoying the nourishing effects of medicine vibrations & energy healing.
At the end of the session there is an invitation to a short discussion to share insights and any messages that came through during the session.
Some delicious herbal tea is offered at the end of the session.
