Reiki Healing sessions aim at providing a profoundly relaxing and divine experience, for energy clearing and balancing. A gentle approach that supports the releasing of energy blockages via the chakras centres and the meridian points. A restorative session, to nurture mind, body and spirit.
The session usually includes a short heart led conversation at the start, with some delicious organic herbal tea and oracle cards for universal guidance. We then go into a 45 mins Reiki Energy Healing session. A time to fully relaxed and enjoy the nourishing effects of medicine vibrations & energy healing.
