One-to-one sessions offer a beautiful opportunity for deep healing and nourishment.

The sessions usually include a heart led conversation at the start, for me to understand the purpose of your visit and the intention you are holding for the session. I will invite you to pick an Oracle Card, as an opportunity to receive universal guidance…

We then go into a 1hr Therapy Session. The session can include, depending on your preference:

• Sound Therapy

• Reiki Therapy

• Sound & Reiki Therapy

During this time you are invited to fully relaxed and enjoy the nourishing effects of medicine vibrations & energy healing.

At the end of the session some delicious organic herbal tea is offered.
