Reiki Healing sessions aim at providing a profoundly relaxing and divine experience, for energy clearing and balancing. A gentle approach that supports the releasing of energy blockages via the chakras centres and the meridian points. A restorative session, to nurture mind, body and spirit.

The session usually includes a short heart led conversation at the start, around some delicious organic herbal tea, for me to understand the purpose of your visit and the intention you are holding for the session. I will invite you to pick an Oracle Card, as an opportunity to receive universal guidance…

We then go into a 45 mins Reiki Energy Healing session. During this time you are invited to fully relaxed and enjoy the nourishing effects of energy healing & balancing.
