Reiki Healing sessions aim at providing a profoundly relaxing and divine experience, for energy clearing and balancing. A gentle approach that supports the releasing of energy blockages via the chakras centres and the meridian points. A restorative session, to nurture mind, body and spirit.

The session usually includes a short heart led conversation at the start, for me to understand the purpose of your visit and the intention you are holding for the session. I will invite you to pick an Oracle Card, as an opportunity to receive universal guidance…

We then go into a 45 mins Reiki Energy Healing session. During this time you are invited to fully relaxed and enjoy the nourishing effects of medicine vibrations & energy healing. 

At the end of the session some delicious organic herbal tea is offered for grounding.
